PROGRAMS Ever wish there was someone to talk to when you are totally frustrated with some of the requirements in your programs? Think you could make some suggestions on ways to improve something? Want to just express some concerns? I mean to someone who might actually do something about it? Well, there is, and it's called "Programs". All you have to do is complete a "Program Efficiency" form and get it to me, your state chair. It will be researched and forwarded to the appropriate section in WDC.
